Do you ship all over India?
Yes! We ship our brownies pan-India, right to your doorstep.
Are there any shipping charges?
Yes! Shipping charges start at ₹49 and may vary based on your location and order size.
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
How are the brownies packed for shipping?
The brownies are packed in insulated, impact protected boxes to ensure safe delivery, no matter the distance.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours and delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout (for pre-orders and gifts). We'll do our best to match it.
Is same day or next day delivery available?
Currently, same day delivery is not available. Next day delivery may be possible for select pin codes. Please reach out before placing the order.

Are your brownies 100% eggless?
Yes, every single product is completely eggless.
How long do the brownies stay fresh?
Our brownies are freshly made on the day of dispatch to ensure they arrive rich and gooey. They stay fresh for up to 4-5 days at room temperature just keep them in an airtight container until you’re ready to enjoy them.
Need to store them for longer?
- Refrigerate (airtight container) for up to 10 days.
- Freeze (well wrapped) for up to 1 month.
To maintain best texture and taste, wrap them tightly in cling film or foil, then place in an airtight container or ziplock bag before freezing. For the best texture and flavour, let the brownies come to room temperature before serving.
What kind of ingredients do you use?
We use premium, handpicked ingredients, no preservatives, no pre-mixes, just small-batch baking done right.
Are your brownies suitable for kids?
Yes! Our brownies are family friendly, and we also have flavours without caffeine or intense chocolate for younger taste buds.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
